Staff extremely professional and courteous, room clean and tidy. Wifi urgently needs to be upgraded. Main TV in lounge was inoperable, and TV in bedroom could only play free to air programs. As we stayed overnight it was not a major issue, however if we had stayed a week we would’ve left disappointed.
Great location next to the beach, restaurants and shops, great views, beautiful pools. Helpful and friendly staff. Great value for money. Wifi experience can be improved, and rooms could do with some updating, but overall, great.
The Oaks is very accessible and easy to find. They have friendly, and helpful staff at check-in. The check-in took less than 5 minutes and we were greeted with a smile. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and the beds are like sleeping on clouds. They are so comfortable. I absolutely recommend the Oaks. Best place I have stayed.
Awesome 🤩 Position and Location, rooms vary in size and layout, some apartments are better appointed with kitchen and dining, where others lack kitchen essentials. Reception staff are amazing and extremely helpful. Pools and facilities are superb. Rooms are comfortable and every apartment is unique with different things on offer.
Stayed here last weekend. Phenomenal!! Thank you Oaks and team, we enjoyed every second of our stay so much we didn’t even leave the hotel unless we were going to get food. First holiday for our 1 year old and she loved it. Special mention to Keisha (hope I spelt that right) who checked us in on Sunday was an absolute gem, she was super friendly, bubbly, kind, helpful and her vibe from the get go made the rest of our stay even more special for my husband, daughter and I. Kim who we met the following day was just as superb. She was very helpful & so kind! Thank you so much girls. Grateful! Our room was so beautiful the view was spectacular, super clean, more modern and I cannot recommend this place enough. Perfect location! ❤️
